Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and the owner of EvoSapien on how to use the EvoSapien app and the evosapien.app website.

By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

Who provides the service

EvoSapien is provided by Evgenii Koziura, an individual, Republic of Kazakhstan, referred to below as “we”.

What EvoSapien is

EvoSapien is a self-discovery service based on the Digital Psychology methodology. It includes personality analyses by date of birth, a personal calendar, compatibility and business analyses, and an AI-based coach that works with text and voice messages.

Analyses and coach replies offer the methodology’s perspective and material for reflection. They are not medical or psychological care: the service does not diagnose and does not replace a doctor, psychologist or psychotherapist. It does not give legal or financial advice and does not promise any particular results.

The coach’s replies are written by artificial intelligence and can contain inaccuracies. You make your own decisions about health, money, work and relationships, with a professional where needed.

If you are struggling

EvoSapien is not an emergency service. The coach cannot call for help and does not monitor your condition.

If a life is at risk, yours or someone else’s, call your local emergency number. If you have been struggling for a long time, see a doctor or a psychotherapist.

Age and account

You must be 18 or older to use EvoSapien.

You can sign in with email or with a Google or Apple account. One account is for one person. Give accurate information about yourself: the calculations depend on it.

Keep access to your account safe. Anything done through your account is considered done by you. If someone has accessed it without your knowledge, write to us.

Subscription and payment

Some features are free; others are available with a subscription. What each tier includes, what it costs and how many coach messages it gives per month are shown in the app before you subscribe.

Subscriptions are bought and paid for through the App Store or Google Play under their rules. We do not receive your card details.

• The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
• You can cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
• Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their rules.
• If there is a free trial, its terms are shown when you subscribe.

If the price changes, we will notify you in advance as App Store and Google Play rules require.

Rules of use

When using EvoSapien, you must not:

• break the law or violate the rights of others;
• enter other people’s data if you are not entitled to do so;
• use the service to harass, intimidate or deceive people;
• try to get dangerous or illegal advice from the coach;
• hack, overload or copy the service, or extract data from it automatically;
• sell access to your account or share it with others.

We may restrict access to the service if you break these rules.

Rights to content

EvoSapien’s texts, design, methodology and code belong to us or are used by us lawfully. We allow you to use them in the app for personal purposes. You may not copy them, sell them or present them as your own.

Your messages and data remain yours. You allow us to process them to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may use the analyses and coach replies you receive for yourself: save them, reread them and share them with people you know.

Liability

We work to keep the service running without interruption but cannot guarantee it: interruptions, errors and inaccuracies in replies are possible.

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on analyses and coach replies, or for their consequences.

Where the law allows liability to be limited, our liability to you does not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the last 12 months. These terms do not limit consumer rights that the law of your country does not allow to be limited.

Account deletion and termination of access

You can delete your account at any time: in the app, on the evosapien.app/support page or by email. What is deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict or terminate access if you break these terms. If the breach is not serious, we will warn you first.

We are developing the service and may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you have paid for, we will notify you in advance.

Changes, governing law and disputes

If these terms change, the new version will appear on evosapien.app with its effective date. We will notify you of significant changes in the app in advance. If you keep using the service after that date, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. If you live in another country, you keep the consumer rights that its law gives you.

If a dispute arises, write to us first and we will try to resolve it by correspondence. If that fails, the dispute will be resolved in court as provided by law.
